Wargaming Moscow is on a look out for a senior recruiter. What you will do: - own the TA strategy for Mobile for CIS region. Understanding of business priorities and ability to engage with leaders at a senior level; - talent mapping the mobile gaming market for CIS region. Deep knowledge of game industry and key personalities in CIS; - take a data driven approach to make talent decisions; - tech savvy individual who is able to innovate and drive processes improvement for WG Mobile recruiting in CIS region; - report to the HRBP Mobile, work together with Senior Recruiter Mobile, HR generalists and local recruiters, regular knowledge exchange with the Global Talent Acquisition team; - support full recruitment cycle for WG Mobile in CIS region; - working closely with stakeholders to develop job profiles including compensation mapping, case studies, optimize recruiting process; - work on recruitment-related projects (applicant experience, employer branding, development of structured interviews etc.).
